Nursing Services realizes that physicians play
the primary role in health care. It is our desire
to give the best possible care to each of your
patients. In addition to traditional home care,
our staff includes nurses who specialize in

Can Discharge Planners Expect?
Upon
referral our R.N. Supervisors are available
to meet with the patient and family to asses
specific needs.
After
consulting with the physician, an individualized
care plan will be initiated upon admission to
Victory. It is our goal to work closely with
all concerned to ensure that the patient receives
excellent home care.
Methods of Payment
The
agency accepts payment for service rendered
from Medicare, Medicaid, and all private insurance
companies. Victory Nursing Services also accepts
private pay clients.
How
Can I Find Out If I Qualify?
Contact
Victory Nursing Services and we will send a
registered nurse to assess your condition. Then
we will contact your physician to determine
if you qualify for services. You do not need
a hospital stay to qualify. If you are in the
hospital, contact the discharge planner and
have them contact Victory. For PAS you do not
need doctor's orders for services-CONTACT US.
