Nursing Services is a participant in several
other programs offered through the Ohio Department
of Human Services. We are a provider of:
Primary
Home Care (PHC)
You may be eligible to have an attendant assist
you at home with certain personal tasks assigned
such as shopping, meals, etc.
Community
Based Alternatives (CBA)
This program allows n to others to give up to
24 hour supervision to the client under certain
conditions. An alternative to Nursing Homes
and personal Care Homes.
